The place is close to rental cars, so it’s easy to drop one off. They have an airport shuttle that gets you there in 15 minutes, but be quick because it fills up fast.

The room was comfortable, but had several issues. The bed felt hard and was not as inviting as expected. Temperature control struggled; despite setting it to 76, it never reached above 69. Noise from nearby planes was disruptive, with rattling windows that had paper towel jammed in them. The curtains were stained and not clean. There was a missing wall soap dispenser, and the washcloths appeared unclean. Amenities like a fitness center and heated pool were nice, but the room itself didn't meet the standard I hoped for. Service was helpful, but the room needed attention.

Not exactly what I expected. Clean room, comfortable beds, but the stale smell was off-putting. Staff was friendly, which is a plus. the property feels very dated and in desperate need of renovation. The air conditioning couldn’t be adjusted; we struggled with heat. Shuttle service was unreliable. We ended up walking after multiple calls went unanswered. Dirty carpets, water drainage issues, and a $350 smoking fee for a nonsmoker? Parking fees were excessive for what’s offered. Facilities were basic and lacking attention. Great for a quick overnight; not suitable for anything longer. This hotel is simply not enjoyable and needs significant improvements to attract repeat guests.

My friends and I had a lit time exploring LA and chilling at the hotel's pool and fitness center! We even hit up SoFi Stadium for some epic vibes! The hotel was super clutch for our party-going crew, and the elite catering options kept us fueled up for all the adventures.
It would be sick if they had a rooftop bar for us to kick back and vibe with some sick tunes after a long day of exploring LA!.

Staff were helpful when a flight delay kept me arriving at 1 AM; they granted a late checkout, which was a lifesaver. The bed was comfortable, and there were complimentary waters in the room. The gym was decent, and the shuttle to the airport was very convenient. the AC didn’t work well, and despite calling for maintenance, they never returned. The room felt a bit outdated and dark, lacking amenities like a fridge or microwave. Plus, I was surprised by the $50 daily parking fee on top of the $135 deposit—definitely something to consider.

I indulged in a variety of beer selections at Brewster's Bar, enjoyed the fitness center, and chilled by the pool. The staff were helpful and the lobby ambiance was relaxing.

I chose Four Points solely to visit Turo - Valet Division Los Angeles because I'm a car enthusiast. However, the 24-hour services pleasantly surprised me, especially the convenient grab-and-go breakfast eatery at the Comfort Restaurant.
Shuttle bus wait time unacceptable.

The staff were super friendly and professional! They made me feel welcome and taken care of during my business trip. The bed in my room was amazingly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep after long days of work. Plus, the hotel's location near the airport and the stadium was perfect for my needs, making it super convenient to get around.
The bathroom had drainage problems, which made the shower tricky to use.

I had booked a room with a king bed for a weekend getaway with my wife, but to our surprise, we were given a room with double queen beds. This mix-up was frustrating, to say the least. we had issues with the room's amenities. The air conditioning was not working properly, and only the fan was functioning. This made the room quite stuffy and uncomfortable, leading to sneezing and coughing. the heating was not working at all, leaving us cold throughout the night. The room itself had some maintenance issues as well. One of the lamp covers fell off the nightstand, and the faucet was hard to turn. There was also a persistent noise issue, with sounds of people opening and closing doors and airplanes taking off and landing disturbing our sleep. the hotel's location was convenient, especially being close to the airport. We appreciated having a lounge and restaurant on the property, although we didn't get to enjoy them as much due to the room issues. In terms of service, we were not impressed. The receptionist was quite rude and charged my card for the reservation without asking, even though I had intended to pay at the hotel. The promised toothbrush delivery never arrived, adding to our frustration. The constant issues we faced at Four Points really affected our trip and I wouldn't recommend it for a relaxing stay.

We had a great experience at this hotel near LAX! The staff was friendly, especially the man who picked us up from the airport. The check-in service was efficient and the location was perfect for our transit stay. The bed was big and clean, and the bathroom was also well-maintained. We appreciated the amenities like the heated pool, fitness center, and common areas. The free airport shuttle made our travel convenient, especially with our heavy luggage.
The initial room we were assigned was dirty and uncomfortably warm, with no thermostat. It took some time for the front desk to address our concerns, but they eventually moved us to a better room, which made our stay much more enjoyable.

We visited SoFi Stadium, catching a thrilling game with awesome snacks and lively vibes. The hotel's pool kept the kids entertained all day, and the fitness center allowed us to stay active. The staff were kind and helpful, making our trip unforgettable.
For dads, it would be great to have a designated play area for children.

we had a very pleasant stay at Four Points. the bed was seriously incredible, and the room service food was delicious. the staff were friendly and eager to help. the shuttle service was brilliant too. i give 2 thumbs up for the airport shuttle bus drivers, they drive and also lift up heavy baggages of the hotel guests. the breakfast was excellent, and we got a very good rate for the 1st night.

The bed was clean and comfortable, and the TV provided some relaxation after a long day of traveling. We appreciated the convenient location, with a shuttle to and from the airport. I would recommend this hotel.
